Most patients achieve optimal results after 2 to 4 treatment sessions, typically spaced about 4 weeks apart. However, the exact number and frequency of sessions may vary depending on your individual skin condition. Your practitioner will assess your needs during your consultation and provide personalised recommendations accordingly.

Following your treatment, you may experience temporary redness (erythema) in the treated area, typically lasting for 3–4 hours initially.
Immediately after the procedure, it’s normal for your skin to appear red and feel warm or tingly. You may also be more sensitive to extreme temperatures during this time. In some cases, redness can persist for 24 to 72 hours.

Most patients find Secret RF treatments to be tolerable. You may experience some discomfort during the procedure, often described as a warm or prickling sensation. To ensure your comfort, a topical numbing cream is typically applied to the treatment area beforehand, which significantly minimises any pain.
Sensitivity can vary depending on the treatment area and individual pain tolerance, but overall, it’s considered a low to moderate discomfort procedure. Your practitioner will work with you to keep the experience as comfortable as possible.

To ensure optimal results and minimise any potential side effects, please follow these guidelines in the days leading up to your Secret RF treatment:
1 Week Before Treatment:
Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds. Skin should not be sunburned or overly tanned.
Discontinue the use of retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, vitamin C serums, or any active exfoliants.
Avoid waxing, chemical peels, or laser treatments on the treatment area.
3–5 Days Before Treatment:
Avoid blood-thinning medications and supplements (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) unless advised otherwise by your physician. This helps reduce the risk of bruising.
Hydrate well. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and support healing.
24 Hours Before Treatment:
Do not consume alcohol or caffeine, as these can increase sensitivity and the risk of bruising.
Avoid applying any makeup, lotions, or skincare products on the day of treatment to the area being treated.
Let your provider know if you have any active breakouts, infections, or cold sores in the treatment area.

After Secret RF treatment, the treated area(s) may feel warm, tingly, itchy or slightly sensitive for up to 48 hours.
Note: The length of redness or sensitivity varies from patient to patient and depending on the aggressiveness of the treatment.
The following post-treatment care should be followed to achieve the best results from Secret RF treatments.
Avoid cleansing the treated area on the day of the treatment. Start on Day 2.
Cleanse the skin with cold water and dab or pat lightly with a towel.
Use the post-procedure cream daily for the first 3 days.
Avoid hot showers, baths, saunas for 24 hours.
Avoid scratching or picking on the treated area.
Refrain from applying any lotions on the treated area for 24 hours.
Apply sun protection lotion every day and avoid sunbathing and direct sun exposure.
Avoid active ingredients 2-5 days before and 2-5 days after the treatment.

That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their SCULPTD experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general guidelines to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. However, we understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
CANCELLATIONS
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of making a booking. We understand that stuff happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule your appointment with us. If you need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
NO SHOWS
In the event of a no-show, deposits taken at the time of booking will be forfeited and will not be carried over to any future bookings. If you did not pay a deposit at the time of booking, you will be required to pay 50% of the total missed appointment before making any future bookings.
If you have pre purchased a package and do not attend your 'free' appointment - 50% of the treatment time will be forfeited.
